visiting and shopping at ZIMBOSHOP Please read carefully our Shipping Policy
before purchasing any items from our Store. By proceeding with a purchase, you
agree to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Countries
We currently
only offer shipping to South Africa.
Product pages
contain important shipping information, please read carefully the product page
and note lead times and shipping times.
We are
considered an essential services company as we supply masks to the public and
should be able to deliver your order within the specified time, however due to
the nature of the “state of disaster” in South Africa – unforeseen delays may
occur. If delays in delivery happen, we will notify the client as soon as
reasonably possible and attempt to resolve the problem.
Shipment processing time
All orders
are processed within 5 – 10, we use standard express courier to deliver to all
locations within South Africa.
If we are
experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a
significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or
telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The standard
shipping rate across South Africa is R150 (This number can change without
notice as we rely on our courier partners for shipping – please review the
shipping charge carefully in your cart), if you place a large order this amount
may be adjusted based on the size of the order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Some orders
will have tracking number – a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you
once that order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
ZIMBOSHOP is
not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received
your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save
all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
